Ms. Fletcher provides career coaching to professionals at all levels of seniority, to help them achieve their career goals. Ms. Fletcher specializes in coaching in the areas of diversity and inclusion. She helps individuals build relationships across difference, improve the effectiveness of an organization's diverse workforce and manage diverse teams.
As a result of almost twenty years of experience working in a large law firm, in corporate law departments and in her own practice, as well as consulting with businesses and law firms, Ms. Fletcher has an extensive understanding of the legal environment. She also coaches in corporations and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Fletcher can be engaged directly by individuals or by their organizations. She coaches individuals and small groups. Ms. Fletcher was recently chosen by the Human Resources Department of Tufts University as one of the select group of coaches and consultants with which it partners to provide services to the University communtiy.
Ms. Fletcher consults with law firms, educational institutions and other organizations on diversity related matters, including recognizing unconcious bias, enhancing the cultural environment, inter-generational challenges and learning to to work across difference. She helps her clients improve their systems (such as recruitment, retention, mentoring and the evaluation process), in ways that maximize the potential of a diverse workforce. Ms. Fletcher conducts diversity assessments of organizations, guides in the development of "Diversity Action Plans," leads workshops and consults on strategy.
